Fuel cells and airport security

Samsung just showed a fuel cell docking station for their Q35 ultraportable

Now, given that fuel cells typically uses methanol or other highly flammable liquids, a question arises: How does this work with the new security rules that forbid you from bringing liquids in quantities bigger than 100ml (and I’m pretty sure they forbid any combustible liquid)? Are we going to be required to check in and leave our laptops with baggage handlers?

This could be a potential problem, and in this day and age with security increasing day by day, fuel cells laptops could be dead even before being rolled out properly.
