R.I.P. RSS
I have for a long time had feeds in multiple formats. This is no longer the case: Every feed is now in the most widely implemented version of the Atom format, most commonly refered to as Atom 0.3. This is to facilitate easier subscription for users, and to have better options for further extending the site with new features.
Instead of having seven (!) different feeds, like I used to, the number is now reduced to four.
Your newsreader should automatically have redirected you to the correct, new and permanent URL. This URL, and some newsreaders may also prompt you to change the subscription address. If this is not the case, please resubscribe at the correct one.
Should your newsreader not be able to handle the Atom format, you are strongly encouraged to upgrade to a modern newsreader.
If you absolutely don’t want to upgrade, there are conversion services that convert to either RSS 1.0 or RSS 2.0.
RSS is dead.

Doesn’t seem like Bloglines interprets that your feed location has changed. I had the same problem.

Bloglines is a bit slow in that respect: Last time I changed a feed location, it took Bloglines several months of stable 301 responses before they started subscribing to the new URL.

I don’t think Bloglines notices the 301 status codes at all, and it was until someone added your new feed IRIs to his Bloglines account that they continued on using the old IRI. Is that possible?

I did a similar thing very recently (except I chose RSS) and found that it took about a week for Bloglines to accept the permanent redirection. I think this is probably a deliberate lag on their part, since it would give you time to correct any mistakes [rather than accidentally flushing an entire readership into the void]
