Highlights:

• The first real IDN fix: TLD Whitelists for TLDs that have implemented anti-homographic character policies or otherwise limited the available set of characters to prevent spoofing.
• Site-specific UA spoofing. Perhaps Opera can start ID’ing as Opera by default?
• Atom support(!). Yay.
• Improved UI. “Appearance” is so much more intuitive than “Customize”.
• Fixed XMLHTTPRequest. Google Suggest now works correctly.
• “Report a site problem” dialog, for sites that won’t work properly in Opera. If it could hand out kicks in the head to clueless web masters, it would also be great.

Adding my own two cents: Beta 2 appears exceptionally stable and fast to me.
