Nikken opposed to free speech

Jarle Dahl Bergersen recently received a Cease and Decist letter from the Nikken bullies for alleged copyright infringement.

Nikken writes:

We recently discovered that you have information about Nikken UK LTD. on the internet. You are not allowed to market Nikken in any way on the internet. If you even show Nikken products you violate copyright laws.

So, let’s see what Jarle wrote

I presume I’m not the only one who has been encouraged to come to a Nikken meeting. Personally I tried to, as diplomatic as I could (IOW: Not very) to tell the person who invited me that this sounded like a total scam to me, and that I didn’t want to have anything to do with this.

Eh, um? Copyright infringement? Think not.
