Toby A. Inkster has created a very useful add-on menu for Opera versions 7.10 and later. The menu provides a user with a menu for validating both HTML and CSS, and check a site against WCAG 1.0, section 508 and others. In addition, the menu contains handy shortcuts to various reference material.
